Chef Emmanuel, owner of Cafe St. Tropez  realized his long-held dream of coming to America three years ago  and buying La Normandie ~~ Cafe St. Tropez is his recently recreated dream ~~ redecorated and renamed ~~ it is now truly his restaurant.  Chef Emmanuel takes great pride in introducing French provencal cusine to the Island.
