Chef Emmanuel and Frederique, the new owners of Cafe St. Tropez  realized their long-held dream of coming to America last year and buying La Normandie ~~ Cafe St. Tropez is their recently recreated dream ~~ redecorated and renamed ~~ it is now truly THEIR restaurant.  Chef Emmanuel takes great pride in introducing French provencal cusine to the Island.
